Feel more powerful, balanced, and in control on the floor

Strength & conditioning for competitive Ballroom & Latin dancers who want to improve faster, reduce injuries, and last the full competition season.

I don't teach you how to dance. I build the physical foundation that allows your dancing to improve faster.

You're already training hard. But hard work alone doesn't always lead to better dancing

Most competitive dancers train multiple times per week, work hard in class, and push themselves during competitions.

But at some point many dancers start to notice:

  • Fatigue during the season

  • Injuries keep coming back

  • Lack of balance, power or control

  • Slow progress despite training hard

You know what you need do to technically, but your body doesn't always do what you want.
The problem is that your body isn't physically prepared for the amount of dancing you're doing.

And that's exactly where strength & conditioning comes in.

What is Dance Strength?

Dance Strength is a performance-focused strength & conditioning system designed specifically for competitive Ballroom & Latin dancers.

I don’t teach you how to dance or create choreography.
I give you the physical foundation to apply your dance training immediately and confidently.

This means:

  • Strength that transfers directly to the floor

  • Training that fits around dance practice and competitions

  • Fewer injuries, more confidence, better performance

The Dance Strength Method

A Confident Performer System for Competitive Dancers

Individual Assessment

We start by understanding you as a dancer: your goals, training schedule, injury history, strengths, and limitations.

This allows us to build training that its your dancing, instead of giving you a generic program.

Strength & Performance

We build strength that directly supports your dancing: more power, better balance, more control, and more stability.

The goal is not to become a bodybuilder.
The goal is to become a stronger dancer.

Fuel & Recovery

Training only works if your body can recover from it.

We focus on simple nutrition and recovery strategies so you have enough energy to train and compete without constantly feeling exhausted.

Season Management

Your training changes depending on where you are in the season.

Off-season, competition season, heavy rehearsal periods — all require different training.
This helps you improve across the entire season, not just when you're fresh.
